DISPRO’s established QUALITY POLICY is that of a total commitment to quality assurance to provide products and services which are "FIT FOR PURPOSE" to suit the customer's requirements.

To ensure consistent conformance to specified requirements and customer expectation, DISPRO has implemented an effective quality system exceeding the requirements of ISO2000 (Current Edition).
It is the effective operation of DISPRO procedures, flowcharts and work instructions that ensures the efficient implementation of the quality system, with the following objectives applying to all employees:
  • To strive for improved quality levels and promote Customer perception of DISPRO quality at all times;
  • To ensure that the quality of work undertaken by all is maintained at the highest level by applying a systematic approach through formalized procedures which are intended to eliminate the occurrence of errors and promote a “Right First Time” philosophy;
  • To ensure that the methods described within procedures accurately and fully cover the activities being performed;
  • To ensure correct use of forms that give objective evidence of compliance of quality requirements until the specified quality levels are not only achieved, but can be positively verified;
  • To take timely and effective action to prevent both nonconformances and nonconforming situations arising.
This quality policy and objective statement is fully understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within DISPRO at all times, and all staff are made aware of its requirements via induction training for new starters and continuous quality audit and periodic management reviews.

In addition DISPRO shall bring into effect any alterations to the above policy brought about by changes in legislation, or which DISPRO believe could improve services, conditions of employment or their reputation within their industry both within the Kingdom and overseas.
